Our Story

Flonnix was born from two key observations: businesses spend countless hours answering the same customer questions, and existing chatbots were frustratingly limited in their capabilities.

We were tired of chatbots that relied solely on keywords instead of having meaningful conversations: bots that would fail if questions weren’t phrased exactly as expected. Most AI solutions on the market were rigid, unable to adapt to natural human communication.

Started in 2025, we set out to create an AI assistant that could truly understand context, learn from your business data, and provide instant, accurate support through genuine conversations. We wanted to build something that could handle nuanced questions and adapt to different communication styles.
