If we integrate analytics, it will be used solely to optimize the service experience.

We retain user, chat agent data, and conversations for the duration of the account. Upon account or chat agent deletion, associated data is deleted unless legally required to be retained.
9. Right to Access, Correct, and Delete
Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data. This can be done through the settings and business page regarding personal and business data, through the billing page for anything related to billing, and in conversations page for conversations with visitors.

10. AI Transparency
Flonnix uses AI to generate chat agent responses based on your provided knowledge base and take actions based on triggers set. AI may make inferences but does not make binding decisions. Human review is recommended for critical use cases before adding the agent to any website.
11. Sources of Data and AI Model Logic
AI logic relies entirely on the business content you upload and instructions given. Any response is generated in real time using those materials and general model knowledge, and may require human verification as well as testing.
