1. Introduction

Welcome to Flonnix! These Terms govern your use of our platform, which allows businesses to upload knowledge bases and deploy customizable AI chat agents via an embeddable script. By using Flonnix, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Overview

Flonnix enables users to:

  • Upload business content for chat agent training.
  • Customize the chat agent including triggers.
  • Embed the agent on external websites using a provided script.

Your subscription level determines your monthly conversation allowance, which renews each billing cycle.
Some features may be limited to specific plans or usage quotas.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

We offer monthly subscriptions with usage-based limits. Payments are handled via Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply to the next billing cycle. Refunds are rare and issued only under exceptional circumstances at Flonnix’s discretion.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes.
  • Upload content you do not have rights to.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our service.
  • Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or the intellectual property of others.

Flonnix reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI Limitations and Responsibilities of Use

Chat agent responses are AI-generated and based on the data you provide through the uploaded knowledge base. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before use.
Flonnix disclaims any liability arising from inaccurate or inappropriate chat agent outputs.

6. Account and Billing Management

You may manage your name, email, password, and business details within your account settings. Each business is assigned separate billing, and users are able to oversee multiple businesses and subscriptions. You can update or delete your data and chat agent through your dashboard. Deletion of your business or account will also delete associated AI data and logs unless required to be retained.
Flonnix reserves the right to cancel subscriptions and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only if a technical failure prevents conversation usage or access to paid features.

8. Generated Interactions and Content

You retain ownership of content or responses generated by your chat agent, but are responsible for ensuring they are appropriate for your site and audience.

9. Intellectual Property

Flonnix owns the platform, UI, codebase, and branding. You may not copy, resell, or modify platform components without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flonnix provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee 100% uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or error-free functionality. We disclaim liability for any indirect damages caused by the use or misuse of our services.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
